The week's programming includes 3 days of convention classes, a national competition, the Elite Dancer of the Year Competition, The Dance Genre Challenge Cup, and our National Final's Gala that stages the “Final Showdown” competition. All this, and there is still plenty of time to hit the pool and create memories with your friends that will last you a lifetime.

This year, The Final Showdown will be hosted in Orlando at the Hyatt Regency Orando. The Hotel grounds boast three pools and seven restaurants. The high-end technology in the rooms, including motion-sensor lighting, put this hotel over the top.

The Dance Genre Challenge Cup


A true night of celebration. This competition is for those studios who want to push themselves to the next level.

It is an evening of dance competition where studios who have pre-qualified for the National Challenge in a regional city compete 4 routines from different genres (tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, etc.) for the title of “Best Well-Rounded Studio” as well as cash prizes totaling $5,000.

National Gala & Final Showdown


Get ready to dress up and have some fun! The National Final's Gala is a world-class evening featuring a formal dinner and entertainment. 

Immediately following dinner is the Final Showdown competition. Known to be one of the most exciting evenings of dance competition in the entire industry, it showcases the highest scoring performances of the week as they return to the stage and face-off to win their share of $30,000 in cash prizes.
